Elliot is a solicitor in our Commercial Department, having joined the firm in 2019 and qualified in 2023. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of commercial and complex residential property transactions, landlord and tenant disputes, and property finance matters.

He holds a degree in Law and Criminology (2:1) from the University of Manchester, alongside a Master of Laws (LLM) completed in 2022.

Notarial Services

In addition to his role at Mounteney Solicitors, Elliot is a qualified Notary Public, having completed the Notarial Practice Course at University College London. He assists individuals and commercial clients with authenticating documents for international use, including:

Powers of attorney
Certified copies of passports, degree certificates, and identification
Document legalisation, including apostilles via the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and foreign embassies
