Storage of Deeds for 5 Years

Description
Our clients often want us to store their documents for them.
Our Wills and LPA services include the permanent storage of relevant Wills or LPA’s.
Our regulators require us to store our paper files for at least 6 years in most cases – after which they will be destroyed; see clause 27 of our T’s & C’s, for more details.
This product is for when our clients wish us to store anything else (including their paper files for longer); in particular, we are often asked to store the paper deeds for our client’s properties.
How long will it take?
We don’t generally do anything for new clients until our process of client retention has concluded – this involves agreeing the scope of what we are doing for the price (our terms are below), setting-up our client record, and producing the bill (payment in advance is required for all new clients).
