Description

A draft petition can be a step in the rights-recovery process for individuals or companies that have served a Statutory Demand which has not been satisfied.

On the basis of any Statutory Demand, we will draft and serve the debtor with a Draft Winding Up/ Bankruptcy Petition giving 7 days to respond.

How long will it take?

The time taken for our  work to conclude depends on precisely what it is we are asked to do.  We would expect to have completed an initial draft within a week of taking your instructions.  Special dispatch may be available where necessary at an extra charge.  The debtor will be given 7 days to respond.

Money Matters

Your supplier is SRA-regulated Mounteney Solicitors, that charges VAT some customers may be able to reclaim

Our work will be charged at a fixed fee of £350 + VAT = £420
