Residential Purchase Mortgage (£950 + 0.125%)
This service is for our involvement representing the purchaser of what we define in our Property Brochure as a standard property, and also (at the purchaser’s cost) co-representing their mortgage lender who is willing to co-instruct us, the extent of the service being what is mentioned in our Property Brochure.
In addition to our fee, there may be various other related expenses (“disbursements”) which we will need to pay on your behalf, these will vary depending on the transaction, but will need to be funded by you in advance. We will explain to you as soon as possible which disbursements are applicable to your transaction and what the costs will be.
